Multidisciplinary artist, works in the areas of performing arts, audiovisual and cultural management. A professional actress since 2002, she has made her way to become a notable influence on the national and international cultural scene. Born in Curitiba, Brazil, she co-founded Súbita Companhia de Teatro in 2007 - still active - and Alfaiataria, a unique arts space in the city, opened in 2019.

Graduated in psychology, she chose theater as her field of study, focusing on the intricate connection between physicality and expression. As a body coach, she guides other artists towards the most authentic expression of themselves. Her technical repertoire is rooted in the renowned Viewpoints and Suzuki Methods for actresses and actors, a dynamic approach developed by visionary Japanese director Tadashi Suzuki, as well as a solid self-taught knowledge of physical theater. As a playwright and director, she explores worlds and emotions on stage, designing the theatrical experience.

Not limiting her influence to Brazil, she has taken her knowledge across borders, teaching and practicing in several countries since 2009. Her workshops and courses are sought after by pre-professionals and theater professionals, eager for technical and poetic refinement. She promotes studies, workshops, residencies and exchanges with artists and groups around the world and plays an important role as a member of The Magdalena Project, a global network of theater women, where she acts as the official translator of the website into Portuguese-English- Spanish.

She currently lives in Barcelona, ​​Spain, where she has explored her work within audiovisual production, especially as a screenwriter and director. He is currently in the process of producing his first short film in Spanish: V de Valeria, scheduled for release in early 2024.

As the creator and artistic director of Alfaiataria, she created a symbolic and physical space for resistance, dialogue and exchanges. Alfaiataria stands out as an epicenter of artistic investigations, training actions, theater presentations, dance, music, soirees, video shows, performances, exhibitions and emotional meetings.
